A licence to occupy is often referred to as an occupation right agreement (or ORA), this gives the holder the right to occupy this propeerty for 30 days per annnum for 20 years.

If you used the home for 10 nights a year but rented it out for the other 20 you could expect $250,000 in rental income that year. This nightly rate will likely grow over the years as rates in the region rise.
Quality - There are very few homes in Queenstown that offer this quality or outlook. Cost - If you rented out this home for 30 days a year from 20 years at holiday rental rates we estimate you would spend a total $8.64M over the 20 years at an average nightly rate of $14,400 per night. Availability - Your 30 days can be locked in once you know your dates whereas there are a very limited number of premiums homes that offer very limited availability.
